    The paint on the top side of the brakes has had it but the internals have been replaced not to long ago by the Hayes guys themselves. The underside of the brakes are like new so if you really wanted to you could swap em around and rebleed them and they would look great. I dont think the Razor-Rock levers are included, they are too expensive, the bike will come with stock levers.
